ZTE is a manufacturer mostly known for its aggressively priced smartphones running a near-stock version of Android. The company does, however, also ship Android smartphones with their own skin on top, like any other Chinese OEM. Their Android skin is called MiFavor and the company has just unveiled the latest version. It’s based on Android 10 and is accordingly called MiFavor 10. Among the new features and changes in MiFavor 10 are some brand new stock wallpapers. You can download the ZTE MiFavor 10 stock wallpapers from below in Full HD+ resolution.
ZTE MiFavor 10 Stock Wallpapers
The ZTE MiFavor 10 stock wallpapers pack contains 18 high-quality wallpapers from the yet unreleased MiFavor 10. These wallpapers range from abstract patterns and waves to colorful fluid and smoke designs. If you’re someone who loves a bright wallpaper with which you can use dark texts for app labels there are quite a few such wallpapers in the pack too. There are no landscape shots or any other real-world objects at all. All these wallpapers are designed renders that look sharp and smooth. If you’re a fan of wallpapers with mountains, a sunset, a deer, etc. though you may be a bit disappointed.
The ZTE MiFavor 10 stock wallpapers have a resolution of 1080 pixels x 2340 pixels. In other words, they’re all full HD+ which is a slightly higher resolution than full HD. That also means they’re not quite quad HD. However, a full HD+ resolution should be good enough for most phones. Because most Android phones have a full HD or full HD+ display or lower. For the Android flagships that do have quad HD displays, the wallpapers should still look great unless you’re somewhat of a pixel peeper.
You can see all the 18 ZTE MiFavor 10 stock wallpapers below. Keep in mind that these are compressed JPEGs, not the actual wallpapers. You can still use any of these as wallpapers because they’re still high quality. The original wallpapers are in PNG format and can be downloaded from the link provided below these images.

ZTE MiFavor 10 Features
The OEM shared information about their latest Android skin in a recent post on Weibo using a nifty infographic. As such, the only information available about MiFavor 10 is what ZTE wants to advertise. The infographic is in Chinese but we will still go over some of the key points.
Icons and dark mode
Android 10 supports a system-wide dark theme which makes it easier for OEMs to provide a more consistent dark theme experience as well. Naturally, as ZTE is jumping onto the Android 10 bandwagon it wants to join the dark mode club as well. While ZTE isn’t going full black with its dark theme, it does use plenty of blacks and a lot of dark grays for the backgrounds. Helping the new dark theme are over 1600 new system icons with rounded corners for a uniform and balanced visual experience.
More than 80 of these icons are designed for micro-motion effects. If you’ve seen the tiny icon animations in Android 10 when returning to the home screen from an app, that’s a micro-motion effect. MiFavor 10 also focuses on other visual aspects of the interface such as transition animations, motion curves, gesture navigation, etc.
Floating notifications
Have you ever been bothered by a huge notification banner that flies in on top of a video you’re watching? The folks at ZTE have been too, it seems. MiFavor 10 introduces a less obtrusive floating notification which takes up a whole lot less space and keeps distractions to a minimum. This is very similar to the floating notifications on Samsung’s OneUI. Other than that there is also a new way to reply to messages when in landscape mode. Instead of your notification and keyboard taking up all the screen space, MiFavor 10 uses a floating keyboard which makes it easier to respond to a text, if you have to. This is again a bit similar to the feature on OnePlus’ OxygenOS.
Smart screen and voice control
If you long-press with two fingers on the screen, MiFavor 10 can quickly analyze the content on your screen. This works a lot as the Google Assistant does. It works with both text and images and gives you editing options as well as pull-up product matches and recommendations, recognizes animals, plants, special characters and more. ZTE will also be introducing their own AI voice control which can help you navigate the device with your voice as well as perform in-app functions in certain apps as Bixby does.
Apart from the features mentioned above, there is also a new dynamic wallpaper feature as well as six new built-in themes. ZTE has also upgraded the AI engine which is now called Z-Booster 2.0.
